If you put the box in the tree, does that make it the owl?

Okay, so, I have asked my biologist parent, and she told me, no. 

Owls don’t usually nest in boxes apparently? They prefer tree hollows or people’s abandoned attics. (At least the owls we have here.) 

Now if you were to talk about an owl shaped box that you wanted to make a living owl... honestly burn a bunch of cookies and dedicate it to Athena. Then maybe.

most of them actually reacted really well and are being supportive which is more than I could have hoped for. but then I'm still incredibly anxious about mom because shes not taking it so well. I don't know what to do from here. I don't want to make it worse but I also don't want to be walking on eggshells around her. like the main point of this was that I wouldn't have to anymore. I don't know, sorry. thank you so much for the support.

🍵 favourite smell: Freshly cut grass, or the way a garden smells after it's just rained.

🎧 favourite type of music: Oof, this is a difficult one actually, I think I would have to say emo music from like the 2010s? (I am old, what can I say.) So like Fall Out Boy, Panic! At The Disco and MCR? It really depends on my mood though, and sometimes my favourite artist is Tsjaikovski because he was such a vibe.
