Sooo you just animated the whole mike animation right? thats so cool! i thought it was an actual chapter three leak lmao. What program did you use to animate?
I used Photoshop to make my sprites and make some looping gifs. I then I used Premiere Pro to piece it all together an move it by hand frame by frame. But you can use any art program to make your sprites. I used to use MSPaint a long time ago. But I would recommend trying Photopea. It's free, it works just like Photoshop (even lets you open PSDs and other art program files.) and it's Browser based.

I did notice that when I was watching The Cuphead Show. But Honestly it's just a really similar coincidence xD. But if anything, At least they both got style ;D
How do you create concepts for your Chapter 3? This can be for anything, such as Characters, Locations, Potential ITEMs, etc...
Well To make sprites I use Photoshop (a really old version but still works on modern hardware, CS4 if you'reinterested), but you can use any sort of art program to make sprites and short GIFs.
For Animation, I mainly use Premiere Pro to do my animations, but Im sure theres other alternatives out there.
But the one of the important things about concepts. Is that you got have a good understanding of Deltarune's Lore, and a healthy Imagination.
You want to make sure that what ever you come up with, it isnt like completely out of left field or completely stands out.
You want it to "feel" like something Toby would do.
Some excell at this, others don't, but the important thing is to have fun while doing it.
