tips for lettering ,,, please

I’m still getting comfortable with hand lettering but here’s what I did to improve:

• watching tutorials or “plan with me” videos on YouTube

• mimic other people’s styles/techniques until you can develop a style of your own

• find pens/markers that you like and are comfortable for you/your handwriting

• a lot, a lot, a LOT of practice (I have a cheap $1 notebook that I bought from ross that’s designated for practicing my lettering)

• when you’re still getting comfortable, instead of lettering directly in your notebook/bujo, use a separate piece of paper and just cut it out just in case u mess up

How do you edit/take your pictures?

I only use natural lighting next to my window and sharpen the picture so the lines look cleaner. Also, I just tweak the saturation and exposure to make the pic brighter!! for continuity I adjust the temperature of the pics so they all look like they were taken in the same lighting 😁

hi! i hope this isnt something you've answered in the past (i just found ur account) but where do you get ur stationary from? specifically the pics/dot sticker decal things from your nov. spread?? youre literal goals im in love with ur acc <3

aHH!! wow thank u ily 💓💞 I don’t think anyone has asked this yet but I mostly use pictures that I printed out and card stock/ scrapbook paper that I cut into shapes! Also most of my stickers/washi tapes are from aliexpress!

hey i was wondering where/how you learned to do that pretty cursive you do! im new at bujos in general so i’m trying t get my basics down 💫

I watch calligraphy videos on instagram!! also A LOT of practice with different markers/pens! ☺️
