I just reread the ToG series and gave myself a massive hangover...what should i read to get my mind of the series till sept 1st?

Have you read the novellas yet? If you haven’t, you should read The Assassin’s Blade. After that (or if you’ve already read it) then you should read something just as action packed and cool. Hmm…something like Mara Dyer or the Iron Fey series. Or if you’ve read both of those series, then I highly recommend the Wings series by Aprilynne Pike (she’s one of my favorite authors and I always recommend her for people looking for more faerie series). Let me know if you’ve already read all of these :)

#13 was this one: Favorite fic from another author?

The first one that comes to mind is one I read from aedionwhitethorn which was the one she wrote for a prompt (from that really long prompt list we’ve all dabbled with on our blogs). It was the one “Wait a minute. Are you jealous?” with Rowaelin. I really love the way she writes :) And it was pretty perfect lol.

Before her this obsidian and gold palace seemed to materialize from nothing. The gold shimmered beautifully in the darkness, as if it had always meant to be seen in the shadows rather than the light. The obsidian of the palace almost seemed darker than the onyx sand sticking to her skin, or the shadows swallowing everything else up around it. (From my novel A Goddess’ Blessing)

What color is your hair?

I don’t think anyone has ever asked me before :) It’s brown, but turns reddish under water. And I’ve always wanted to dye it auburn-brown, but I never have the time.

And like all the blue…medium blue is cool, and light blue is calming, and hella greenish blue is the color of Percy Jackson’s eyes so that’s great :)
