Tyrande was short by night elven standards but it wasn’t helped by the fact that even as a full blooded elf her mate was huge. 

However she was one to make the best of any situation  and as they lay cuddled around each other in bed she suddenly sat up and climbed onto his chest. 

“Shhhh” She hushed as he began to protest and rested a hand on his chest pushing him back down. She laid down on his chest her head resting just below his collarbone. 

Gently she pressed her lips against the spot then she scooted up to his neck and kissed there too, longer harder. She felt his hands reaching around her waist to scoot her up and he slapped them. 

“Patience dear Illadryn, I thought you’d learned that.” She teased then kissed the underside of his chin. 

Finally arriving at his lips he cupped his face in her hands and sighed. 

“You are such a handsome man. How did I ever get so lucky.”

"Tyrandeeeee...." Illadryn purred, gazing at her in her Love Goddess outfit. "You see this is what I have been telling you all along... You're the Daughter of Elune and a Goddess in your own right." He sighed like a smitten teenager.

Tyrande blushed heavily at his compliment. She was tempted to give him a playful slap for it but decided to enjoy it instead. 

“Hmmm is that so?” She asked her voice taking a sultry tone and she stepped closer to him resting a hand on his chest.

“Why don’t you show me how much of a goddess I am and worship me then Dear?”

Meetings were always long tedious affairs where the Night elves were concerned or at least Tyrande felt that way. Still it was important she pick up the news the Sentinels had gathered from their travels on the broken isles. 

Obviously Illadryn picked up on her growing boredom, a habit she was grateful for in the long run. However as she felt him discretely slide his hand up the back of her top she struggle not to make it to obvious and her ears flushed dark around the tips.

She looked at him out of the corner of her eye and saw the smirk on his face she gave him a playful nudge and would just have to hope the Sentinels didn’t catch on, or that he didn’t  decide undo her bra.

“I wanted only to protect you from the truth.”

“Illadryn, I am the High Priestess of the Kaldorei. I understand feeling like you have to lie to the people you care about to protect them, but I am your mate and you shouldn’t be afraid to tell me things.” She said with a slight frown.

“I want to know when things are bugging you, at the very least so that I don’t do  anything to you in a worse situation.”

"Aunt Tyrande... Who is that Priestess? The one with the shoulder length hair similar in colour to yours and the silver headband?" - Gavilan

“You know Gavilan, you could always just ask her what her name is.” Tyrande said a teasing smile on her face as she looked at her Nephew. 

“Anyway, that would be Kerriduil Silverwing. She’s a quiet girl at least around the senior priestesses. But she’s well behaved and a hard worker I’m sure she wouldn’t be opposed to talking to you.” 

Tyrande’s smile changed from teasing to knowing and she leaned in closer to Gav. “Honestly Gavilan, my student’s don’t bite you don’t have to be afraid of them.”

“How about you teach me to break the rules then.” She said with a smirk as she threaded her arm around shoulder and pulled herself into his lap.

“You taught me how when we were younger so it’s only fitting that you do it again.”

-lifts Tyrande up so she's sitting on his shoulders, but reversed so they're facing each other and carries her off-

Tyrande squeaked in surprise, not only because she was suddenly picked up but also because of the manner in which her mate had picked her up.

“Illadryn! What in Elune’s name are you doing?!”

Tyrande blushed as her mate approached and kissed her. 

“Two can play that game dear.”  She purred as they broke to take a breath, a hand threading into his hair behind his ear and gently guiding his head back towards hers.
