I had it all ready to post so I thought I might as well 😂😂.

The kiss then ignoring it was very much last minute, originally I'd planned for them to kiss at the talent show and then ignore but I didn't like that so I changed it up.

Ynlix soulmate agenda is here to stay and never leave 😂. Sunoo has taste and knows soulmates when he sees it 😂. The talent show idea was mainly for Jungwon to throw them under the bus expecting them to fail but that didn't happen 😂 I was going to include Jungwon ranting on his private but I decided against that 😂.

See this spin off really took a life of its own and it's only 6 chapters 😭 I was going to end it similar to how Unexpected Partners is going to end. But then my brain was like Happily Ever After... They are married and Jungwon regrets being a dickhead.

I love the idea of wedding planner Jay 😂, in Afterglow that's a Sunghoon fic of mine (check it out its my first smau so bare in mind it's a mess😂) that also ends with a wedding, Sunoo is the wedding planner but that didn't make sense in this au so Wedding Planner Jay.

Honestly if you didn't love Ynlix as much as you did, this spin off wouldn't have happened. So this really is a present from me to you. Im glad you enjoyed it as much as I did writing these 6 chapters.

I'm just happy that people love the sibling dynamic, writing siblings is always tricky cause I don't have any so it's not from experience just what I've seen and read but I'm glad that all the Park Siblings seem like distinct characters.

If there are siblings that play a major role, 100% YN is gonna be the maknae 😂. Then again I might just challenge myself to make one of my YNs be the eldest or the middle child...

Hmm I dunno where his story line will take us atm. There's definitely a backstory there and it's coming in future chapters but at this point in time it's up in the air if Hyunjin will be recieving a redemption arc or not 😂.

Ngl this might be my favourite Jungwon cause he's just such a sweetheart and he's been like that since the beginning 🥹🥹🥹. I just love him so much and I'm so happy that everyone loves him too, TSIT Jungwon deserves all the love.

I hate short smaus, so this one will probably be 30 chaps, maybe longer if I feel like I can add more drama and angst 😂. Or even fluff, really it depends on my mood.

YNs backstory, I'm not sure if it'll be explained more in future chapters or not but so you know I'll outline it here:

Parknae was kidnapped as a baby by a couple who had just gone through a miscarriage. They saw a young baby unattended by nurses and kidnapped her from the hospital.

Parknae being kidnapped was big news and they saw on the news but seeing that the Parks were rich and there were already 5 older siblings they ran away with Parknae thinking the Parks will get over it eventually.

They did care and love her for the first decade of her life, they treated her as their own child. Unfortunately the Park family never recovered from losing a child.

Their parents went through depression, blamed themselves for losing their youngest child and did everything they could to find her again. The remaining Park siblings, felt the pain of a lost little sister and did all the could to help find their youngest sister.

Despite the loss of Parknae. The parents didn't forget that they had 5 other children, they still loved and cared for them as they did before but there was always something missing. The whole family felt that missing piece.

Sadly a year before Parknae was reunited with her family, the parents were in a car accident and they died, coincidentally they were on their way to see a Private Investigator who they had hired to find Parknae...

Subsequently Parknae never got to actually meet her biological parents, she only knows them through pictures, videos and stories.

I hope that answers the questions on Parknaes backstory.

Buttercup because she's what YN strives to be and also YN just loves that Jungwon took this random bit of info and made it into a nickname for her.

Moving on from that, I'm glad you loved the story so much. It's always wonderful to know that readers love what I write. Like yeah I mainly wrote for myself but the praise tho I feel it's unneeded (I'm always gonna be finding things I couldve done better 😂).

Honestly this story really took a life of its own. I say that with every smau tbh, I start with one idea and then by the end it's a different but still somehow similar idea that I started it 😂.

I'm so glad this YN is ur fave. She's struggling so much even if everything was okay cause her inner demons were always there, they didn't disappear and her learning to lean on those around her, accept that she is loved and cared for was very important to me.

I also was very cautious in that I didn't villainize YN for these very real feelings that everyone feels.

God knows I've been through moments of self hatred and I wanted to show that it's never as bad as you think. You might think your all alone but there is always someone there for you to talk to. I know that YN frustrated readers when she let her insecurities get in the way of her happiness but that is a reality that sometimes you get so in your head that you think what your doing is best when it isn't.

Sorry went on a whole tangent abt this YN 😂😅.

Oooh good question. I don't necessarily plan my smaus tbh. I just have the rough idea then it's chapter by chapter. Which if you've noticed is why chapter titles tend to change quite a bit cause I change my mind or this one idea doesn't work but this other idea for the next chapter works better.

I love txt and Soobin is my bias so I was always going to include him. Yeonjun and Beomgyu kinda just came along too. The idea to have them be triplets came and I ran with it. All three of them were gonna cause more chaos and strife with there being actual feelings still there with Sooyn but I decided against that after considering how much YN is dealing with low self esteem and self hatred. In the end I love the bond they have 🫶🏼🫶🏼.

If I can give another rec, I suggest reading Peace that's my other HP au but it's Jay this time and it's Gossip Girl meets Harry Potter. (I just wanna know your views on that 😂).

It's not so much pretty privilege but moreso that Jay hadn't really hurt YN all that much. Jungwon in his asshole era hurt her a lot more so it was easier to forgive Jay than Jungwon.

See the plan was for there to be more chapters of them in the awkward not quite friends but not enemies phase but then it just started to seem too similar so I decided to cut that short plus there's angst coming so enjoy that.

Do I have surprises to come. YNs self esteem and family drama come into play in further chapters.

So the idea originally was a spin on the good boy x bad girl trope but it somehow evolved into this 😂. Where YN is an annoying troublemaker but not like a bad girl in general. And Jungwon was supposed to be golden boy that was just perfect instead he's going through another redemption arc 😂. Jay being horrible kinda was inspired by Jaywons bond, like theyre so close and I love them but I decided to flip that in Jay being loyal and letting prejudice come in between being a nice guy. Bahi was just randomly chosen, I think it was more so that I knew Bahi better than I knew Gaeul if that makes sense, like I don't follow Kep1er but I love seeing the Huening siblings tiktoks and I think she's cute 😂.

Chapter 14 was fun to write, I was trying to leave breadcrumbs of things between Sunghoon and Rei. They very much had an enemies to lovers side arc in this story 😂.

I'm sticking with chapter 25 as my favourite. Everything came together beautifully. That speech, I don't think could be any better and I'm just really proud of that chapter in general 😂.

Blackpink obviously 😂. But I really loved Le sserafims cb. I had that mini album on repeat for days. Xdinary heroes was pretty fun too.

Ngl haven't really been listening to any kpop since Taylor Swift dropped her 10th studio album Midnights. That album has been on repeat since it came out on the 21st.
