You'll need to search around for it, just google "Shin Gyakuten Touhou". It is translated entirely apparently, however the only way to run it is to put your computer in Japanese System Locale - the game will not work even if you use AppLocale to force JapLocale on the program, the computer needs t be set to Japanese System Locale.
