I hope we don't get the chance to see if that sickle/staff is as sharp as it looks! Surely there has to be a way to resolve this that doesn't involve fighting?

The problem with that is that it has to be a Beatable Challenge. You’re situation isn’t even a Challenge. Its a trap. There is no end goal to do.
Although... I can't help but think ratings would soar if she were to... be forced to fight another lantern?
