Also i forgot how to do that, the sphere thing wil you kindly teach me

When you open ZB click the golden S to the right hand side (I have no idea what its actually called) and then go to where it says ZSphere (its 2 shades of red)

After that just drag on the work area, click edit, and if you want to move/rotate/etc the object those controls are next to the edit/draw button

Then just add more spheres and move them around to get shapes :)
