General Opinion: IDK MAN I FEEL LIKE it’s unlikely Shibui will ever fall as deeply & wildly in love with anyone again as she was with Kaze (which is probably good bc tbh there were some unhealthy undertones to her obsession), but I can totally get behind some sweet QP/quasi-romantic sorority life stuff w/ them. Shibui totally adores Tara and thinks she is just the coolest ever, so strong & brave & tough. I have no idea what Tara thinks of Shibui.
1. What do their love letters look like?MMMM Shibui writes really embarrassing letters about how cool and amazing Tara is, and how she should never be ashamed of the choices she made, and how she was a terrific leader (or w/e equiv in humandryx AU) and how everyone totally respects her and Shibui respects her even more and thinks she’s just the best and admires her a lot and Tara just lays on the floor after reading them and can’t get up.
2. First impressions of each other: Shibui was kinda dazzled by meeting the Silver-Air, and how, u know, ‘human’ (cat) she was for such an important position. And she thought Tara was super heroic and cool for pulling her and Odessa both out of the stream. Idk, Tara probably thought she was a big soggy awkward adolescent who was at least trying to help. Idk.
3. A short headcanon for the pair:HC that Shibui starts spending more time visiting Tara over the spring once she figures out she’s living in PW, because tbh she is lonely and needs to stretch her legs, so like every other day or so she’ll head down to PW and find Tara and they just kinda hang out... and they do a lot of just chilling and only making small talk occasionally, or going hunting together, which is nice for Shi bc it feels like nothing is required of her and she can just be herself. I just realized I don’t actually know as much about Tara as I think I do??? Or I wish I did??? Rush, talk to me about Tara, ok. Hmu on skype. Do it.
4. Any themes? (BECAUSE WHY NOT):JOAN OF ARC BY ARCADE FIRE!! Yes, the one from that Warriors MAP. I totally feel it for Shibui > Tara re: the GB thing, bc Shibui still believes in Tara as a leader, & that she was a good leader, even if a lot of cats disagreed with her choices when it came to that plot.
