Ohoho, Vishnal. Nezumi’s apparent infatuation with the butler stems from the fact that he greatly reminds her of a long lost love, her first love in fact. In time though, she may outgrow this idealized crush with him as she spends more time with the butler, eventually seeing him as his own person and not the one she once lost. However, the chance of her acting on her feelings are very slim because a) he still is a constant reminder of what she lost, and that makes time spent with him bittersweet and b) she knows she’ll still have to leave in the end, and she would rather damn herself to hell then become attached to him and then hurt him in the end.
