im honestly surprised that you choose Liege Maximo as Elita's mentor, a lot of people associated her with Solus because... They're Girls... So yours is actually a refreshing take!
may i ask why you choose Liege Maximo though? I kind of expected Vector Prime because Elita was able to control/stop time in G1 (and Vector Prime being the master of time and space, which he could manipulate through his Blades of Time.) But I'm still curious with your take!

I’ve had many people suggesting Solus Prime for her because simply they’re both girls, which is… incredibly cliche to me.
Solus here is a creator, she has the Forge of Solus and teaches craftsmanship, making weapons and whatnot. Elita is a fighter, she stated explicitly in the movie that she wanted to be a soldier, they just don’t match.
Liege Maximo in the AU is in charge of the Enforcers, perfect for Elita and fitting how she and D-16 would have a rivalry since their specialties are similar
