The man gave a low, almost a tune like hum as his eyes wandered over his views of the Citadel. A perfect place to meet new...people. But as per normal he had the guards keeping a close eye and his crisp and clean white uniform looking as if the man was truly a licensed man.
Though as he felt some hunger wave over him, he walked into one if the local coffee places to grab a drink. Often a black coffee or a vanilla based frappe. Out of all the faces he thought he would see, a dog like Morty wasn't one.
Holding out a hand he smiled. "Haven't seen a Morty like you around here yet...I'm Dr. Richard of J-44, and yourself?"
