Usually one to keep to himself he wasn’t in the habit of making conversations with strangers, but the soft melody was far too pleasing to go unnoticed, the humming sounded like that of a comforting lullaby and it brought a smile to his face. ❝ Mhm. ❞ He nodded, placing a packet of rice in his shopping basket before turning his attention to the other. It was there his smile faltered, eyes blinking in a sort of bewilderment. 

He knew that face. He knew that face very well.

Atem gave a sleepy smile as he gently returned the kiss, smiling more as he heard their sons laughter fill the air. They may be a small family and may have their issues but he wouldn’t change them for the world. “Hmm?” he smiled and reached over to join in on the tickling attack. He knew that Akefia didn’t really mean what was being said. Having this one child had taken a lot of strain and effort on their relationship. He wasn’t sure if they’d survive having another. “We’ll see” he smiled, not wishing to dismiss it entirely, not when his husband was in an obviously good mood.

He hummed, shivering under the others touches as he reached up to gently place a hand over his cheek gently. "Hmm is that your possessive nature coming out there? Many would kill for the chance to lay with me, yet your the only one I want and need"

His gaze fell down to his small little family member - watching the way in which he wobbled on his feet. It was cute in a way - he was growing up so fast too. Seto was just more than a little concerned about the type of influence that Akefia was going to have upon the young Prince’s life. “I have many duties. Protecting my family is one of them” he frowned as he fixed Akefia with a guarded stare, “You may have fooled the Pharaoh and those foolish mages that you’ve turned over a new leaf... but in my experience - once you have turned towards the darkness, there is where you stay. Even Atem’s light will not save you forever”
