Zombieman had to stop from instinctively reaching for his gun when he noticed the young lady. The first thing he spotted was a tail, and his mind immediately jumped to the conclusion ‘monster’...but she didn’t seem aggressive, her body language wasn’t unusual.
Maybe it was someone in a cosplay or something. Kids were into all sorts of weird shit lately, after all.

The two were quite the aggressive bunch. Just as she helped fuel his ambition to get stronger, he returned the subconscious favor by playing along with her occasional antics. One antic in particular was in-house wrestling, which would usually end with the house being in an insane mess. It wasn’t exactly the most wise decision, but her ability to convince him otherwise through taunts always managed to get him fired up. This time, however, the two ended up on the floor– underneath the mistletoe. A tinge of red flushed their cheeks. A mistletoe was a common Christmas decoration, so it would only be natural to keep to tradition.
