11 - “Don’t cry. Everything’s going to be okay.”
12 - “Who did this? Who hurt you?”
———————————————
Sitting on your bed, you tried to stifle your sobs, wiping weakly at the tears running down your cheeks. You’d run into your ex while you were out getting some food for tonight’s study session, and of course he just had to say something nasty to you.
Things for the two of you hadn’t ended well, but you weren’t the type of person to go out of your way to make others miserable. But he sure was. His sneer as he’d criticized your weight was all you could seem to think of right now.
The whole way home you’d tried to tell yourself his words didn’t matter, that none of this mattered, but when you finally got home you’d dropped your bags and run straight to your room, slamming the door shut and crying pathetically.
The sound of the front door opening snapped you out of your thoughts, and you could hear Okuyasu calling your name in confusion, trying to find you.
Taking a breath to steady yourself you called out that you were in your room, and in lieu of a response you could hear him coming up the stairs quickly, like he was doing two steps at a time.
Okuyasu opened the door forcefully, grinning at you.
“Hey! I let myself in because you weren’t answering, left my notes downstairs because I saw your stuff down there, I think that the math from last week is where we should start reviewing I was- hey are you ok?” He said, tone suddenly concerned as he noticed your red puffy eyes.
You sniff, and offer him a shaky smile.
“Yeah, I’m good. Let’s go downstairs and start studying.”
Okuyasu frowned, not moving from his spot as he looked over you carefully before walking over and sitting on the bed next to you gingerly.
“Who did this? Who hurt you?” He asked, hands balling into fists as they clutched your comforter, his voice was gentle but there was an edge there, an anger.
His concern for you prompted more tears to start flowing, and you hiccup as you try to answer.
“I-it was, he, I r-ran i-in to my-“ You could barely get a word out around your sobs, and Okuyasu slid closer to you, wrapping a comforting arm around your shoulders and rubbing your arm gently.
“Hey, don’t cry! Everything’s going to be okay.”
He held you like that gently as you stopped trying to fight the tears, crying it out and leaning into his chest for support.
When you finally were calmer, you explained what had happened, his eyes narrowing at the mention of your ex, and his jaw flexing in anger when you recounted exactly what he had said to you.
To try and soothe his anger, you let out a self-deprecating laugh.
“Hey it’s fine, I mean he’s right. Look at me, I’m-“
Okuyasu cut you off as he pulled you tightly against his chest, both arms circling around you.
“I don’t like it when you say things like that. Don’t say say bad things about yourself. To me, you’re perfect.” He whispers softly into your hair.
You bury your face further into his embrace to hide your blush, and reflexive grin at his praise, and manage to mumble a quiet thank you.
Feeling him nod gently above you, he replies.
“I’m only telling the truth, to me you really are perfect.”
Jonouchi rubs his eyes, as he sits himself at the table set in the middle of the Kujo household. He'd been there for half a night, as his pipeline had broken midway through the day and he'd had to call the Speedwagon Foundation to fix it. Luckily, he had met Jotaro a little bit ago. Though he didn't feel like imposing, he needed somewhere temporary to stay. "Mornin', Kujo-san.", he states, after stifling a yawn.

Needless to say Jotaro had a rather interesting guest over for the night, not only was he a family member- but one he had never met until now. For a moment when he first introduced himself he had assumed the worse, only to be relieved that he came from a branch hailing from George I’s brother.
They were.... distant cousins at best. The Foundation did its best to update him on the situation but it was still rather strange, though Jotaro simply sighed to himself before emerging from the kitchen with some breakfast prepared. “Morning.”
With the sound of water running in the distance, the other two would be joining them shortly, “Did you sleep well?” He asks, out of politeness really, still unsure how to act around the other, before setting down the dishes.
Jotaro is out and about, nevermind that it’s 2am or some nonsense. He has trouble sleeping, sometimes, and he finds it less torturous to go out and get some air, than to lie in bed for hours. He has set walks he likes to take, and sometimes will call out Star to keep him company. The conversation is one-sided at best, but it helps keep him calm.
Currently, he’s found a spot near the shore, overlooking the ocean and the faint lights of the late-night vessels on the water. The glittering of the moon and stars on the rippling surface. He thinks about the cool of the water, the pressure that builds on his shoulders at the ocean floor, the smell of the salt and the sound of breaking waves. He wishes he was out there, now, adrift in the calmest and fiercest of nature’s forces, without tether to life on the shore. Star appears beside him, unbidden, but welcome. A good thing, too; he wouldn’t have noticed the approaching footsteps on his own, but Star certainly does. He glances over his shoulder. Nods in greeting when he sees a familiar face. He’s not in the mood for talking. Not yet, at least.
Jonouchi sits outside of a restaurant, in an unusually angry mood. He's trying to keep it together, but he's clearly upset at the food. "God... Can't even do Italian right in Italy..." He sighs as he sips at his black coffee. "At least this is ok..." He taps his cane three times, as sparks of Hamon fly from it.
Mona Lisa notices the strange boy, trying to understand what was this unusual trick, perhaps some stand powers. "What did you just do right now?”
