Alright, you can’t quite swim in it, but you can do other things that you could never do underwater ! ... Are you from the sea? I’ve never been there! I’ve heard it can be quite a sight!

It’s called snow. It’s pretty much small little bits of water that’s so cold that it freezes. It falls from the sky, sometimes as even like cute little flakes with patterns! I’ve been trying to make that happen with my ice powers. I’m getting there.

You should try play with snow! It can be really fun, hehe, you could make snowmon and forts! Oh ! And you’re a Vaporeon right? I don’t see many around here. It’s kind of nice to see other Eeveelutions around.
