Valen was exiting the palace when he once again found himself falling. This time it was due to a guard running into him. At least the guy had the decency to help him up and make sure he was okay before he ran off.

The marshes outside of Xian Du were fairly solitary. There were no humans to talk to and learn about and the plant life and creatures inhabiting the area weren't very interesting. However she did spot one blonde-haired man as she glided over the marshes and gave a light smile. He looked lost... Even better of a target~! Musee dove down quietly and floated gently behind the man. The Great Spirit leaned forward with her face at the side of his head.
