She whined, opening her eyes slowly and looking around. "Ahh..."
Haven finds that they’re in a quiet part of a town very near to a Mexican fast food. There’s almost no one about due to the late hour. “There, over already. Not so bad?” Ryan smiled a little.
"Well, I live in a forest..." She murmured.
"that must be nice. not a lotta smog, lotsa trees." Draco often daydreamed of living in the forest, running and dodging all of the trees and rocks. "My mom lived in the forest when she was a kid."
Haven's ears perked. "You don't know what honeysuckle is?!" She exclaimed, staring at him in shock. "It's a flower with sweet nectar inside that you can suck out!~"
"never heard of it. not a lot of flowers are around in the city anymore. theres lots of dandelions though."
"It's sweeeet!~" She mewled, having never had something like this before. She'd only seen these a few times, mostly during the rare times when she left her forest to stock up, in the hands of children who seemed to enjoy them. "It's like honeysuckle! <3" Haven squealed, remembering the flower that you could pull the end off of to suck out the sweet nectar inside.
"Whats honeysuckle?" he asked, eating a couple snack cakes himself. Honeysuckle was too rare a plant to often be seen this day and age. Draco had never heard of it.
"Ohhh." The feline responded as she ripped open the packaging and ate the sweet treat inside, a purr rising in her throat. This was an easy way to gain her trust, huh?
Draco let out a chuckle. "Guess you like em as much as me." the hedgecat smiled.
"Mou...men...tai?" Haven questioned, but the question dropped when he pulled out sweets. Her ears were suddenly erect, and she stared at it. "P-Please?"
Draco pulled out a couple snack cakes and hovered them over to her with a glow of brownish green light. "It means take it easy." he smiled
