yes, but for many different reasons. a few being that the pressure of everyone knowing, really does get to both of you. you’re going to have people who don’t support you, and who will go to all lengths to tear you apart. and i would just rather avoid that happening at all costs. i would rather just keep what me and that person have, special and not have it torn apart or broadcasted everywhere. and being in a relationship with someone, it’s not always everyone’s business.
