Things I want to start doing more regularly
1. Less time on social media (haha, tumblr) and more time reading news in print, reading fiction in books (instead of watching it on netflix), or outside in the sun.
2. More “me” time that includes things I like rather than just things that are “good” for me.
3. 30 minutes of meditation and/or yoga a day.
4. No electronics half an hour before bed (but this is going to be really difficult because I’m still a student and usually am up answering emails up until midnight!)
