Honestly? Kiku. But let me explain my reasoning.
Yao doesn't need it most of the time. He's strong, and has been here for thousands of years. I honestly don't think anything could break him, that's one of the reasons I admire him so much. In all honesty, he would probably be better at saving himself than I could ever be at saving him.
Ian has magic. Very strong magic, in some areas stronger than mine. If he needs my help then there is something seriously wrong, something I probably can't help with.
But Kiku...doesn't have magic. And is the most likely to need saving...and so...I would choose him if it came down to saving one of them.
Though, it must be said, that the only reason I wouldn't be able to save them all would be that I died trying. Because that's that only way I would stop trying to save them. I also don't know the circumstances.

This is why people shouldn't leave Arthur home alone on his day off without making dinner plans or plans for you to intercept his attempt at dinner. Good luck at dinner tonight loves.
