Data strolled down the corridor, PADD in hand. he didn't really NEED to do reports that way, considering that he was, in fact, a computer, but he liked it. one less way he was different from the others.
He stepped up into the turbolift, which was empty, and considered the fact that it had been a while since anything eventful had happened on the Enterprise. One month, two weeks, five days, seven hours, thirty-six minutes, fourty-eight seconds, twenty-one...
He stopped himself. Close enough, as his human crewmembers would say, and the fact remained that it had been too long since any disasters had happened.
The turbolift froze, and a sense pricked at his emotions chip, which he decided to categorize as forboding.
