Emery is very much someone who has a public and a private face, and doesn’t feel like most people deserve to hear about her passions. Because, bluntly, it’s nerdy bullshit and she knows it. She hasn’t really figured out people don’t really care about being into nerdy bullshit. She wants to be respected more than to be liked (by the general population, anyway), so, yeah, random people finding stashes of Pokemon cards or whatever would undercut her Brand(TM) as Abrasive Vape Cackle Queen. There’s definitely been bad school experiences like these.

The exciting thing about writing Emery is that she has a very unusual outlook on life, unique voice, and tends to react differently than other cast members to stimuli. She’s fun when she’s being capricious, and interesting to explore when she’s in a serious moment. It’s rewarding when she’s actually happy and relaxed, too.

Onyx Casarine, all of the pride ones

Casarine is a professional, damn it. She’s very confident in her ability to extricate any team from any situation, come what may. Her crossbow is very much central to her brand, though its practical worth as a weapon is... up for debate.

She’s not particularly showy, but has a little hidden streak of vanity - liking to be noticed more than she lets on. Casarine feels she looks basically okay, and is fine enough with that. She’s never been particularly attractive to most people, nor someone you’d kick out of bed.

Regarding criticism, it depends on rank or respective ability. If you have her respect and dress her down, she’ll bite her lip and take it. If she sees you as speaking out of turn, and it comes across as disrespectful to her experience and her skillset... well, that’s probably the easiest way to get on her shit-list. Then it becomes about winning the confrontation, to a fault.

Diandra Thorn, all of gluttony

Diandra can cook, to a borderline professional level. It’s not going to be her career without formal training she’s never likely to receive, but she can absolutely look after her friends. She doesn’t like to cook in small quantities; if she’s going to do more than just a stir fry or some packet sauces or whatever, it’s going to be something worth at least a couple nights, or for a really big occasion.

She’s not particularly unadventurous when it comes to foreign food. She might need some prodding when it comes to trying something texturally or visually off-putting, but will generally try anything once. She will consume every spice. Not to a ridiculous extent, but enough to dive into, like, Indian food without wanting to water down its potency.

As far as balance goes, it depends. Day-to-day she’s generally fine, if things are going well. She skips meals when stressed and tends to eat more with company, and if going out to a fancy restaurant on someone else’s purse, she’s absolutely making the most of that. She doesn’t have much of a sweet tooth, but could probably stand to eat more plant matter.

Ideal weather is overcast, slight breeze, no precipitation, and like maybe 20 degrees.

Favourite crystal is, I’d say, amethyst. Can’t argue with a purple that deep.

Worst flavour has to be this fancy yuppie inner-city trendie organic energy drink I had once. Ugh, it was awful. Can’t even describe what flavour it was trying to be.

We actually had supermarket sushi together, and that seemed to go pretty well.
