Casarine is a professional, damn it. She’s very confident in her ability to extricate any team from any situation, come what may. Her crossbow is very much central to her brand, though its practical worth as a weapon is... up for debate.
She’s not particularly showy, but has a little hidden streak of vanity - liking to be noticed more than she lets on. Casarine feels she looks basically okay, and is fine enough with that. She’s never been particularly attractive to most people, nor someone you’d kick out of bed.
Regarding criticism, it depends on rank or respective ability. If you have her respect and dress her down, she’ll bite her lip and take it. If she sees you as speaking out of turn, and it comes across as disrespectful to her experience and her skillset... well, that’s probably the easiest way to get on her shit-list. Then it becomes about winning the confrontation, to a fault.
