"It's a pleasure to meet you Emma" he smiled. Ichabod then tried to think of a plausible answer for his attire. "Well I actually really love this style of clothing" he bit his lip in hopes that was a plausible answer.//oh I am terribly sorry for my misinterpretation.
the young girl was standing in line when she noticed the man next to him was wearing quite unusual clothes. "cool costume, are you a pirate?" she smiled studying his coat.
Ichabod chuckled "No my dear it is more of a revolutionary look. There is a a few years difference between our revolution and when pirates roamed the sea. My name is Ichabod Crane, what is yours?". He then got down to her eye level to get to learn her name.
