You say we a lot, family business? I love bbqing and smoking. I make pork ribs, boston butts, pit beef, beef roast and beef ribs. Its all about picking the right flavor of wood for the flavor you want. Its the oldest way of cooking, and best if you ask me.

Its my mom and I. We have cooked together forever and she had a business back in jersey before we moved up here so she's knowledgeable on all the financial stuff as well which is new to me. I haven't done much smoking I really want to make one and start doing it but my plate is pretty full with all the working and business stuff (pun intended) haha

Any plans coming up?

Nothing too crazy... I work a lot. Saturday I have a farmers market to participate in for my catering business which is fun. And I mean I'm planning a trip to Nashville in May for my birthday but thats far out. Thats all I got 🤷🏼‍♀️
