Canela quickly turns her back to the purrloin, and prepares their order in silence. She tries to concentrate solely on building the cardboard box that will house the shop's cupcake, but the silence causes her mind to wonder. Famous... Her smile falters a bit at the thought and a knot forms in her stomach. Luckily, a single ding coming from the kitchen easily brings her back to attention, and she shakes her head free from dreaming.

The girl goes back to finishing the order, and looks back at the customer waiting.

Canela: "Gracias por esperar, tu orden sale a 10 oros. Puedes quedarte a comer si te da gusto." (Thanks for waiting, your order comes out to 10 gold. You can stay and eat if you like.)

(@askpokecallcenter ) Hoku spots the Whimsicott at the buffet, worried that they wont reach the table. "Hi, little guy! Do you need some help to pick something out? I recommend coconut drinks if you get thirsty!"

(@askpokecallcenter ) Choro@Kyu: "I'm surprised a god with your demeanor shows up in this type of event, especially as human form. No offense, i'm used to our ol' lady hiding most of the times, so its nice to see a Kyurem in a while. Any expectations from the Magi? Or just a lil vacation time?"

"... I'm not sure what to make of the answer, though, but... it has given me food for thought, at least."

(@askpokecallcenter ) Hoku makes a little bow for the Shaymin. Mina always thaught them to give their respects to the legendaries, especially the divine ones. "G-greetings Shaymes! Are you familiar with the Magis? How is it like talking to them?"

"Admittedly, I am only truly familiar with Caspar. They are the only member of the Magi that I can actually see. Balthazar and Melchior have always been very kind and respectful souls during our interactions, so I have no reason to doubt that they are any less righteous than Caspar."

"Though we are creatures of different origins, I feel a great kinship with them. Truly, it is the highlight of my travels to venture here every year and visit with them. You will not find many kinder souls than that trio."

( @askpokecallcenter ) Choro avoids the cheery crowd and finds Oscar, on a quiter spot. "Oi. You guys celebrate this event every year, yet what differences are there from the past? And whats with the scarf you and your kid wear? Kinda cute."

[Oscar eyes Choro with an easy-going air, a soft and warm smile on the rai's face.]

I take it that you're not one for crowds? I can understand, it gets quite loud sometimes, doesn't it?

[He chuckled quietly as he recalled the times the Magi had visited when he was young.]

Truly, it felt like it was a celebration that took half a year to plan. All the families had something they wanted to do, and there was a lot of movement across the island when the Magi arrived. We would even have visitors from nearby Alola just for the festivities. It takes us a lot less time now to plan, considering we stick to one area of the island for the duration of that time.

[He then looked down to the sash he was wearing, running a claw through the fabric as he showed the pattern on it.]

Ah this! The humans created it first, actually-a very long time ago. If I recall it's meant to symbolize the blending of the horizon and the sea at night, the triangle pattern being like our neck spikes. We have them as a sign of solidarity for our humans, considering in the past they were the ones who showed there was nothing to be feared about our kind.

Its just.. the way you said that you havent talked to people for so long.. How long has it been actually? Again, really really sorry!"

"It's fine. It's not rude at all to me, I'll admit, I am pretty old. That is kind of one of the obvious questions you'd ask someone like me. As for how long its been since I've really spoken to other Pokémon..."

Destiny thought about it for a bit. Truthfully, she'd hardly spoken to anyone else over the last couple hundred timelines. She didn't see much of a point in it since, if nothing changed, they'd be doomed to the same fate anyway.

"At least 170 millennia, with some heavy guesstimating." was her answer. "Timelines kind of melt together in your mind when you've seen so many different variations."

"If you want to know my actual age, I lost count somewhere around 500 thousand. Legendary and Mythical Pokémon are kinda pseudo-immortal; we can't die of age, or if we do, it takes what feels like an eternity."

( @askpokecallcenter ) Mina looks up at Solly with a glint in her eyes, almost as if she is surpressing an old habit she had about shiny things... "S-Solly, right? How is it being shiny? I suppose it attracts.. a lot of attention? Looking at the rounds you ALL seem shiny! What lucky group you are hihihi!"

"though between you and me, luck has nothin' to do with the number of oddballs here."

Prince: "Just kidding! ‘Prince’ is just a nickname. My real name is..."

"Lionel Matan! But I would still much rather everyone just called me 'Prince'."

Prince: "When I was younger, I couldn't pronounce my name very well. So I decided to use a name that I could choose! I got the idea for the name from my favorite game I used to play with my older cousin; she liked the idea of the nickname a LOT, and decided to choose one for herself, too. She said that it allows us to choose who we want to be without relying on something we were given. I don't really know what she meant, but-!"

Prince's face grows softer, and he smiles for a moment. He lowers his eyes but still looks to the two new strangers.

Prince: "It meant a lot to me that she liked my idea... Funny, though, her name is Mina, too. Maybe if you see her some day... you can ask her about the name she chose."

The Sprigatito's ears drop a little. He turns his head away after he finishes speaking. It sounds like he has more to say, but this might be a sensitive subject.
