Somewhere no one has been reaching, there is the sound of fire crackling. A stove turning on, the sweet smell of food being made with love...

The Scolipede goes on to politely turn on the radio to the first channel it can arrange it to, and music fills the air.

As the door stays wide open, inviting all pokemon and trainers to make their way in, the owner of the house works alongside their companions to make the perfect dish. It feels as though they are unaware of who enters, but accepting.

She smiles, though there's a hint of sadness in it. "It's a miracle I got the chance to evolve at all. If I'd stayed, I'm sure they would've tried to evolve me again to preserve a version of me that required less attention." She gives a shudder. "I used to have nightmares about that, genuinely."

Victoria shakes her head. "Eh. Out here I have friends, allies, support. I get to take charge, make choices and have them matter. I don't have to sit still all day if I don't want to, I don't have to wear claw caps...I decided to keep the title because I can use it for good. But it and the collar are the only things from that life that I kept."

As the Night Goes On...

[A trio of lights speed along the horizon, like gold and silver meteors streaking across the sea. The closer they get to the shore the brighter the water begins to glow as they pass on by.]

[Their combined light rivals that of the festival grounds, zipping and weaving through the greenery and between guests with a playful glee that couldn't be ignored. They join together once again before taking to the sky above those who are gathered to watch the proceedings along the shore.]

[The Magi have arrived once more!]

The main event has begun! This is a little different than prior years so be sure to read carefully! If you're not sure what grouping you're in, feel free to message me on here or on discord for clarity.

Any and all interactions with the Magi are to be sent to the event blog here, any sent to asktheisle will be ignored and deleted.

This applies to blogs who got in contact with me prior to this post going up (aka: those who have dm'd me and/or received a wip piece): You are now able to initiate your interactions with the Magi! You can send in an ask, a submission, or make a post and tag the event blog to proceed. You can do so at anytime throughout the remainder of the event.

All others: The Magi will make an appearance in your inbox, should you request them! By putting 'berries+water' in the replies of this post, you will receive them in your ask box.

If you would like the Magi to give a gift that fits within your plot (ex: a character needs a warning or a pick me up, setting up foreshadowing for something that will happen in their story etc) you MUST communicate that with me through here or through discord BEFORE posting your reply to this post. Dm me and we can come up with something!

Remember-those who are Psychic type, Fairy type, or the same species as the Magi will see them for what they are! Otherwise their true forms are obscured by light.
