How do you know Italian?

OOC: He wouldn’t bother answering this so let me do it out of character :P Basically, Quentin Adrian worked for an Italian mafia as a drug-dealer (among other roles) for 10+ years of his life before moving to NOLA, and he picked up his rudimentary Italian and some of his weird English gang slang via passive listening during this time. He has no love for the language, however, and doesn’t feel particularly connected to it. It’s certainly not really a tongue he’d fall back on when speaking to a loved one, or someone he cares about. Truth be told, one of his repressed dreams had always been to learn Tagalog (aka ‘Filipino’); which was the language spoken by his father, whom he barely remembers. But anyway, hope that explains the Italian.
