“Love at first sight?  Nah...that’s for fairy tales and relationships that aren’t meant to last.  It’s an extreme rarity, and really cute when it works out, but...more often than not it doesn’t work out.”

“Same thing with ‘fate’, I’ve...done enough multiverse traveling to know that ‘fate’ is...usually something either overly romanticized, or used as an excuse.  Sometimes folks go through hardships.  Sometimes - a lot of times! - your first relationship isn’t meant to be your last.  Was it really fate that caused someone to have a rocky relationship, and take some time to find themselves, before remembering you’ve been their friend through all of it?  Did fate turn that into a relationship?  Did that same fate make someone you relay like look past you to someone else?  Or is it more convenient to blame ‘fate’.  You see what I mean.”

“Soulmates though.  That’s a notion I can get behind.  When you’re with someone, and you just ‘click’ so well that you can’t get enough of them.  Where you’re fine and good on your own, but when they’re around everything just gets better.  When you know that even on your worst, dreariest, crappy days, a hug, or a smile, or a ‘you ok?’ text just makes things not so bad.  Yeah.  Soulmates are a thing.”

“Heh, I suppose I can’t argue much.  This is one of those nice ones where folks didn’t freak out, the barrier came down, and a good two-thirds of the monsters have a colony of sorts up on the surface.  The ones left down here are happy the overcrowding issue is resolved.  The elderly, the ones with investments - shopkeepers, ‘n’ such.  The ones who didn’t wanna leave this Home for a new one.”

“Oh gods, absolutely.  To the core.  ‘Flirt’ typically becomes one of the first options I stumble across, once I’m around someone to get past this wall of nerves that comes up.  And is a pretty good way to bleed off tension or draw out a smile.”

“Promise not to laugh.”  Nobody promises anything.  “Sonic Boom.  No, I’m not kidding.  I thought it’d be kind of dumb and I’d get tired of it.  But it’s surprisingly well written, and consistently funny.”

“Gosh, I don’t have a list of all of them  And so many were back before they decided to settle on nicknames.”

“Most were neutral, or pacifist, admittedly.  Or never admitted to a genocide or reset.  I, ehm...was flirted with more than a little by some of the Frisks I knew who were of age.  And the ones that weren’t that tried were cute in their own way, but weren’t nearly as blush inducing.  Kitten-cute, y’know?”

Have you ever seen Papyrus mad? Like, 'kill a fool ' mad. One could say, a mad that would spark disbelief

“I...actually haven’t.  Paps is a pure soul.  The maddest I’ve ever seen him is if you manage to throw a good fridge pun past him - right when it sinks in.  Or is you say one bad thing about the Junior Jumble.”

“When I...wasn’t myself,” he said with a little shiver, crossing his arms and hugging his opposite elbows, “...Either I didn’t touch him, or...he was one of the first, so he never had a chance to be mad.  Just surprised...”

He raised his hands, and covered his face.  “Gods, I’m..sorry.  And ‘sorry’ doesn’t even begin to scrape the surface.  It’s no wonder I haven’t met an incarnation of Sans yet that doesn’t regard me with skepticism.  I don’t even delude myself into thinking I deserve forgiveness.  I just...try to make what I can out of this second chance.”
