You bring us Suguru having his followers worship his darling and it aligns perfectly with an idea I had on why his obsession started. I've been thinking about how what if Suguru's obsession started because his darling either somehow control their cursed energy(like what Yuki was hoping to do), or they outright have none. Either way, they'd be the pinnacle of what he want's humanity to become, someone incapable of creating curses. Although going off if they somehow controlled it, I feel like he'd be able to tell whenever/whatever negative feelings or ideas you have just by seeing how your energy moves. Then again a darling with no energy is also fun because if he can tell something is wrong he cant instantly tell what. A darling with no energy would also be harder to keep track of. You cant be traced or even just seen via your energy which could make it difficult to find you if need be. -🫧 Anon
