I can’t stop thinking about Yandere 1950s suguru who basically breaks down the social norms of that time by being himself and proving what a real man should be.

Like being the greenest flag to you but a red one to everyone else especially the men who seem to talk down to you as a unequal (suguru is a feminist and he is not afraid to say it)

He would definitely force us to have therapy sessions with him where he eventually breaks down the root cause of our self harm and reconstructs how we view ourselves until we are just putty in his hands

the forced therapy idea gave me a good laugh because that is so him, and don't try to hide anything from him in that beautiful mind of yours, he is unfortunately too good at reading people especially his baby.

worry not though he provides above and beyond post therapy session aftercare. you can go non-verbal if needed with absolutely no judgement, cry in his lap if you need to (yes lap time is required), or just talk more if that's what you need. he will do absolutely anything to make sure his precious baby is feeling happy and loved!

i would definitely rank him on the softer yandere side. i don't believe that this man would ever hurt you, but he most certainly would hurt those who have unapologetically. he would do his absolute best to make sure you don't see it though, his baby doesn't need to see such nasty things! he wants your life with him to be sunshine and rainbows, and he's got a plan for that. he introduces you to yuji, you two hit it off great because duh it's yuji and he leaves for a bit to do the dirty work!

choso is so sweet to you and so trustworthy that it would be really hard to suspect him of having any part of those missing people. he is the master of acting dumb and innocent as well, that's as far as it would go regarding any viciousness to you, he'll gaslight you if he feels he absolutely has to. it's near impossible to not believe that sweet and innocent face.

Happy to see you back Pookie! Yea butler Suguru came to me while I was watching the latest season of black butler while it was coming out lol. The specific scene that made me think of Suguru was around half way through episode 10. Basically the MC tells his butler to put him down, to which the butler apologies but denies to do so as he doesn't have any spares for his master. Then follows it up with (Dub version) "And only the worst kind of butler would allow his master to dirty his soles." The instant I heard it ALL I could think about was butler Suguru who might enjoy being your only staff(drove away and/or killed the others) a little bit to much. Generally speaking I think normal Suguru's yandere ranking heavily depends on the darling. Like he'll happily go out of his way for those he cares about. Like taking the girls in the movie to that shop personally when he could've just as easily found another way that would've avoided non-sorcerers. So for a darling that often gives in or goes along with his desires to spoil, pamper, and wait on you will obviously get more freedoms and sway with him. With a darling that actively tries to stop, or fight him or his love will just be coddled more and wont be given the same opportunities. Like I think if an accepting darling asked Suguru to make them food while they took a shower or bath he'd be hesitant and try to find a middle ground but ultimately accept. How could he argue with his lovely darling if they are hungry and want food made by him? But if you resist him, he'll try to compromise by making a food that needs minimal attention and helping you bathe for most of its cooking time. Any attempt to do anything yourself while he checks on the food would get you in trouble. Trouble means you loose the privilege to bathe yourself even when he's not around for a long time. -🫧 Anon

i absolutely loved reading every word of this! i totally agree that he would meet the reader where they're at in regards to his yandere scale. despite this a few things remain the same regardless, you cannot fire him, never ever ever ever. he will keep coming back with gifts and treats, or the heads of those who have wronged you, anything to get back on your good trusting side. secondly he will not allow you to harm yourself in anyway as you were referring to at the end. he will keep you in a padded room if he has to. not for long though, just long enough to discard anything sharp and pointy from your reach.

Like as in would he comfort them, send them to therapy or anything, since it’s obvious reader is dealing with mental health issues. suguru would be absolutely devastated to find out his baby is harming themselves, he would do anything in HIS power to make those horrible feelings and need to do that to stop for you. i put emphasis on "his" because he would not send you to a therapist. he truly believes he is the the only person who truly understands your pain and could help you properly. he would hide anything sharp, pointy, or anything that he thinks could possibly hurt you right off the bat while being mad at himself for not doing it sooner. after-all you're just a baby who doesn't know any better, and he is going to be the one to teach you to come to him whenever those icky feelings make their unwelcome return. this will result in a massive increase in affection and cuddles, like you will be spending about three quarters of the day in his lap i'm not even exaggerating. the craziest part is that it actually does help. delusion is the solution for this crazy man.

yes absolutely! this is what i how i think the default yandere suguru is like. his end goal always is to have you completely dependent on him no and he would do absolutely anything to make that happen. this man has no morals when it comes to you and your dependency on him. though i personally don't think he would go as far as killing family members and loved ones of yours. not because he is morally against that but because he knows how badly that would affect you, unlike some other yanderes he cherishes your feelings, heart, and spirit. he prioritizes those over his personal desires. he has other methods to make you dependent on him hehehehehe........

Expanding more on the butler suguru thought it reminded me so much of black butler and I can see suguru being a demon butler we made a deal with who won’t leave our side and refuses to eat our soul (he could just get his food somewhere else)

I've actually never watched black butler so i can't really go off the context of that but i do absolutely love the idea of the reader making some type of deal with him like that, and him as a demon that is so seggsy.

i can see the reader going into this deal like it's something extremely serious as one would when making a deal with a demon. thinking that they will have to go through and do extreme things to please demon sugu, only to discover that the case is the complete opposite LMAO.

like literally all they have to do is sit there and look cute as he does absolutely everything for them. that includes getting them dressed, bathing them, and feeding them (by hand because of course he would) basically all this man wants in return is for them to be his lazy little housecat.
