If they're talking about sixpinceee, I think she has apologized for anything that comes off ableist in her posts. I'm not sure though.
Sixpenceee has apologized multiple times for ANYTHING ableist in her posts. She goes out of her way to not use ableist words like “crazy” or “stupid” and doesn’t use any slurs of the sort. And she has brought awareness to the community. Here is an example of her posts.

There are more actually but i can’t find them as they’re a little bit back in her archives.
I personally don’t find her ableist at all. And the few posts that I read about her ableism…well, it’s a very long stretch to me. To the point of I can’t even understand what the poster is even saying. She seems sincere and actually willing to learn from her mistakes and overall a nice person. Now, I don’t know her in real life so I can’t guarantee that she’s a saint or whatever. I have followed her for over a year though and am a regular visitor on her blog as I love horror and I find the science posts of hers interesting. But I, personally, found the so called calling out posts that I have read so far ridiculous and I’m saying this as a mentally ill person. Nonetheless, blacklist can pick up words in an actual post itself so if anyone doesn’t like the poster, they can feel free to black list anything to do with “i crave the mineral” meme going around.
