DARYL: That man couldn't name a single fetish but he knows if he receives even the tiniest amount of praise his face gets all red, his ears get hot and his dick gets hard. and yes, i do get shifts! they can be involuntary or sort of voluntary.

usually they're triggered by environmental factors, music, or strong emotional change,, i'm not too comfy going into specifics here so i hope this gets the general idea across!!

i get different types of shifts that i'm gonna try to explain here,,,,,,,, oftentimes it feels as if there's a wild energy, beneath my skin, clawing to get out, it can feel wonderful or absolutely devastating depending on the circumstance, for example if i'm on a walk in nature or at my house, i can allow myself to be entirely free, to let go. it feels so liberating and wild, often during these shifts my mindset will change too, never really 100% beast, more like 60/40, like i'm allowing it to become the dominant side of my brain, allowing the facade to drop, if you will. sometimes it's like an aura almost, a shadow around me, a double take in the mirror, a glance at my hands and feet.

it's a strange feeling for sure, but not bad, it sort of starts at my hands and around my back, and rises from there pretty fast; it's like a shiver, just phantom sensations. it becomes easier to move, like my body is made for it, my fur in the right direction, my limbs in proportion, my ears stand tall further up on my head, my tail flows down from my spine, my eyes focus in more; i could go on.

things i do when shifty? usually run around, or explore, it's like feeling everything at 10x. i can feel whatever elements we are blessed with on my skin, i can hear the birds chirp, the twigs snapping beneath me as i bound through the forest trail, i can see everything more clearly, for what it really is, i sit down by a tree and try to feel that energy. i think about how it fits into our ecosystem. all the good it does. i appreciate nature more. i'm grateful that i'm not human. (no hate to humans; i don't want to come off that way) it's nice to live as you should for a while.
