MADDIE, WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE SPECIFICALLY CARTOONISH SHAPE?

Assuming I'm reading the question right it's like, 100% pear shapes without room for doubt ngl. Like I have 3 characters already that fit that description and there's no doubt there's gonna be more of em ahaha,,, It's just so good and silly and waaaaa, love those bottom heavy, very silly and rounded goobers with all my heart

OKAY SO LIKE long text post inbound wehehehe

I haven't drawn much else aside from this really rough doodle but the whole concept was this cerberus character that collectively goes by "Nine".

Arguably one of the strongest psychics around in my setting by virtue of having 3 minds that operate both individually and in tandem. Ends up resulting in a way higher weight capacity when it comes to lifting and holding stuff in place.

I've always liked to imagine a couple of like, main weapons that get used the most often at once but supplmenting this fighting style with a bunch of smaller and more disposable tools/weapons at the same time.

Nine is like, I need to give each head a different name to different probably but the overall vibe is like

Left head: Quiet, reserved, mostly communicates between the others telepathically rather than vocally, speaks very hushed when they do use their voice though. Also serves as the voice of reason between them. Also the most likely to read people's minds, seldom shares this information with the others though considering they'd both probably act on it without thinking.

Middle head: Very vocal, very emotive and prone to being the most defensive out of the three of them. The most socially conscious out of the three as well, the one that you would trust with diplomacy up to a certain point. The closest thing to a straightman that this cerberus is ever going to achieve.

Right head: Curiosity incarnate, the most sociable but the least socially conscious out of the three of them, prone to impulses and distractions. The kind to see a stranger's meal, freshly made and still steaming, staring down at their plate and asking if they're going to finish that.

I’d love the spiel on good ol’, classic-model Maddie!

OH BOY, I've been waitin for this one, crackin my knuckles here Long and short of their personality is that they're pretty quiet around those they don't know, minmaxes their speech in order to communicate if necessary but otherwise they just kinda stomp around and mind their own business. Around people they DO know though, practically an entirely different person, very energetic, very prone to illustrate what they're talking about with gestures (and subconscious flourishes of magic and whatnot) with a mixture of cheekiness and a hint of protectiveness that manifests itself every so often. Very prone to talking on end about a subject if the chance is provided as well (Who'd have figured right?). --- So Maddie's whole deal is that like, essentially they're comprised entirely of magic? Constructed with a mix of both mana and data due to the completely incidental circumstances of their creation (long and short is a growing magic crystal formation piercing an old-world computer with an AI core and template in it). They're kinda really curious as a result? A lot of their info starting off was strictly inherent (language and all that) so they spent a lot of time learning stuff from their outside environment, which is at least partially why they tend to take on beastly appearances due to a lot of that developmental time being spent in the woods with the wildlife in the area surrounding where they were created. Especially early on in their time they kinda just, walked around as this big quad kitsune lookin beast and would even still wander around towns and cities in that appearance in spite of clearly sticking out like a sore thumb. As a result of essentially only being magic, they kinda don't really have an interior or anything, like if you were to perform an x-ray on them it would kinda just, show absolutely nothing. All their thoughts are essentially done as "processes" really due to that partial AI component, they just absorb things they eat once they swallow rather than having a distinct stomach or nothing. Since their form is really loose in that regard it's what allows them to shapeshift so damn easily honestly? Plus the whole like, mana+data mixture means that it's really easy for them to just, get into people's machinery and operate it for them if they so desire. A lot of this stuff kinda just, ended up being elaborated upon later but it all kinda fell into place as far as like A. I like Maddie being an AI to an extent B. I like Maddie being made of magic to an extent Which ended up leading into C. I like Maddie being a volatile beast of magic that kinda just hangs around in spite of being monstrously overpowered, big beasty that chills with pals and is vaguely a little off-kilter

Many trans people for body reasons have complex relationships with swimming and pools and were often denied or felt they could not have the wet joys of swimming. I think pool toy characters sre s good waynof reclaiming the pool on our terms. Also big and round and joyful and nice colors

That's actually an incredibly insightful way of looking at it that I never really considered before honestly? Cos like I definitely feel like that plays into a little bit of it for me amidst all the other reasons I vibe with pooltoys so hard now that it's been posed to me as a possibility.

DOES dragon!Maddie hoard anything? Also show me yo FOXES

I like to imagine Dragon!Maddie hoards a LOT of crap ngl, I've always imagined them hoarding like, plushies and pillows cos they get cozy a lot of the time and that kinda like, bleeds into their other forms a little and they end up very protective over their belongings.

As for FOXES I have 3 that I can remember off the top of my head!

We have Mira, who I've shown before! Adventuring braixen who ends up using the materials she finds on her adventures to brew potions for her shop and the like! Very well fortified, very strong and self driven and all that, very gesture heavy the like. She'll often trace lil symbols in the air using magic and stuff for those that can't sign considering she's mute. She tends to be VERY studious with her potion brewing, keen to experiment and not one to just stick to the known formulas, even if it blows up in her face sometimes.

After that you've got Mai, who's a lesser kitsune deity! She mostly goes around chilling with mortals and stuff, using her inherent trickster abilities and magic to grant boons and the like! Her magic revolves around like, storing spells into balls/spherical objects and casting them through that, which can involve something as small as marbles or like? exercise balls! She can also convert her tails into spheres to use if she doesn't have any on her but otherwise you'll see her lobbing baseballs with fireball spells in them to make them blow up for fun.

She'll often just sorta chill in public spaces? Very down to earth, playful but only to those who she is aware are up for the banter and dynamic rather than random passers-by and all that.

And now this lady, whose design isn't fully figured out yet, her name is Atsuki but she goes by Tsuki for short.

She's a kitsune who has a deep obsession with magic and dark magic in particular, putting great amounts of personal research and hyperfixation hours into studying them. Being the modern era however, a lot of this research is done online due to the ubiquity of resources! Naturally though, she tends to hang out on forums, to which she tends to find herself quite irritable on. Often times she'll get a bit grumpy with people who start asserting false knowledge online (She grows more tired every single time she has to tell someone that shadow magic is classed under light based magicks due to their reliance on light to operate at their most powerful/most fully formed).

She's also a bit corrupted? Not like, evil, but her dabblings in dark magic have left parts of her palette and her form altered just a little, she constantly grows horns that she has to cut and file down in order to be less prominent in public. Not that she finds herself in public very often as, for as assertive as she can be online, she is VERY socially anxious in person.

whats ur favorite flavor

If we're going off of like, the best flavours relating to taste I'd say like, I like my sweet stuff the most, I undeniably have a bit of a sweet tooth. And then following that I think a lot of my general tastes follow that logic, I like my sweets/candy to be strawberry flavoured the most, I like your standard milk chocolate tastes for a lot of other stuff, I like my plain salt for my chips :3

Leona Question: How much that hammer weigh tho,,,

I don't have specifics exactly but there is no way that thing is light enough for your average person to lift ngl. The hammer is absolutely designed for someone of Leona's strength or more, that thing is cracking the pavement and leaving a little dent if she drops it at the right height. Probably at least a couple tons? It's hard to say but I imagined the hammer was built using parts from a rocket engine at the very least
