How do we start involvement? I've read all the rules and notes, do we just submit when we can, or should we communicate first?

As for starting out with the project, it’d be best to get in touch with either @TechCat or a mod(@traversingtwilight or @zichqec) through tumblr messaging. We would highly encourage people to join in the skype group if they can, even if you haven’t quite started yet! In fact, it’s probably best to do it that way so that if there are any necessary corrections they can be made early on.
