Being merely 4′5 feet may have it’s perks in certain situations, but certainly not when you’re attempting to play security in a crowded festive area. The Problem: A chase. Jodie was after a thief, usually no problem, but there were just so many people at once in this place. Frankly, it was more than just difficult to keep track of where the scrub ran off to.

The tiny dragon felt as though she was just aimlessly running through loads and loads of people! Navigating through crowds was, sadly, never a strength Jodie had possessed, let alone already due to her tendencies to anxiety.It was only a matter of time until she collided with a– Rather strangely colored woman? She blinked a couple of times before she managed to catch her own thoughts again. Yikes, this wasn’t a very smooth move, expecially not from a security guard.

A slight wave of panic overcame Jodie, leading her to frantically scramble up an apology to the woman. “O-oh god, I’m sorry- So- So sorry, ma’am! A-are you okay?”

So far, Blair had spent much of the event nervous, on her phone, and alone in some corner researching the area. She had forgotten how bad she was with social gatherings of this type, especially when it came to talking to people. If there was no obligation to do so, what was the point? But it was such a shame to have come all this way and not make an effort.

Looking up from her phone, she quickly scanned the area for any potential conversation partners. Oh yes, that pink and green one, they were perfect! It was time to initiate first contact.

“Ah, uh, h-hi there!! Y-you look really cute and I just wanted to tell you that and I hope you are having a great time at this party and all!” Nailed it.
