Loki @Gen: "You certainly seem like an outsider." He circled around the Oshawott, looking at him closely, "How do you hope to fit in like that? Suppose your friends discovered what you really are."

"Aaah!" Gen yelped, clutching onto his reunion cape, trembling as he looked at Loki. "I-I, uh...I'm just trying t-to keep the facade up. I...I really h-hope they won't d-discover my secret, or..."

Or I'll be all alone he thought.

Zhu Li @Saltriv: "Are you a half-breed, too? You seem like a normal Chikorita, but your leaf and seeds are a different color than they should be." She was staring at Saltriv's leaf in particular; she seemed tempted to touch it. What was it with her and touching things?

"Well, my dad's a Torterra, but I don't really have any physical traits from him," Saltriv said, swaying their leaf to the side. "My leaf and buds became red during my transition! I think it's because we have sexual dimorphism. Boy and girl Meganiums have different sized antennae, so I guess me becoming nonbinary affected that, but since I don't have antennae yet, it changed the color of my leaf and buds!"

They waved their leaf again, smiling. "I'm happy it happened. I think it looks cool!"
