Days passed onto weeks. Weeks passed onto months. Months passed onto a year. Through it all, Earthshaper kept a close eye on the younglings; watching their growth, watching their habits, and watching how they defended themselves. Even though a certain talk could have gone better in every single way possible, even with help, he did what he could to ensure they would be ready for the future. He was proud of them all. All five went through difficulties in their lives, but they adapted to it all, and grown much better for it.
All four of the Tyrunts matured into magnificent adults, though they still had their temperaments. Titan had indeed grown to be above his brothers and sister, close to how Earthshaper himself was in Titan's age. Unlike him, Titan used his body as a weapon compared to his father. He had started a minor collection of scars from such, but he continued to fight and grow from it. He had made a name for himself, and it was one started to be feared. However, his impatience had seen him fall to another predator on occasion, but he would rise and train his body to endure more.
The shiny Tyrunt was on the smaller side, but her hunts were magnificent. Her hide darkened into a rich midnight blue, making night her domain. Her patience was close to that of a saint; she understood that a single move can make all the difference, but she can was stalk her prey and wait for the right moment, and wait... And wait. Much to Earthshaper and her surprise, she had minor control of the earth, so he taught her a 'trap'; Stealth Rock. When she went to hunt, she would sweep her tail to trigger certain rocks around the location before baiting her prey if possible. To cripple or to kill, she never found it a useless ability. Her hide and use of stone led to her title of the Obsidianstalker, now called Idia by her siblings.
Hopper, while not in his element due to his hide, was the second biggest, of the four. His legs developed into fine instruments of transportation and of attack. With proper footing, he can leap several meters into the air before coming down with a mighty stomp, a heavy pounce, or with a terrifying rending slash of his talons. However, his level of activity had not changed since his youth. He would still enjoy his time in the sun, sprinting to enjoy the air rushing past his snout and practicing his long jumps, getting better with every day. While his siblings still call him by his old name, Earthshaper bestowed the title of Desertrunner, though he had no complaints of it.
Soon came the fourth Tyrunt. He was bigger than Idia, but only by so much. While he was still a bit nervous, his body stayed lean as the rest grew, allowing easier movement in his forest home. He weaved between the trees with a grace unseen by the rest, readying his dangerous fangs for a single, fatal strike to his prey. As he grew, so did his control of his fangs. Along with the fatal venom that he developed after hatching, he could control their temperature, creating extreme heat or extreme cold at a whim. This would lead to easier kills of hardier prey or, if needed, rival predators. If neither is needed, he can land a devastating bite; simple but effective. His title was that of the Emeraldfang. He was jokingly called 'Em' by Titan, but it wound up sticking, not that he really had any problem nor say in it.
Lastly was Frosty. She grew to be the tallest of the five, but it was in her species. She was still a gentle soul, but she grew to understand the need to defend herself when the time came. She learned far better control of her cold abilities along with better control of her minor electric ability, if to stun a dangerous foe. She has had no need so far, but she can never be too sure. However, the biggest change of all was, to the surprise of the rest, she evolved one night. She is still adjusting to her size, as she is only a few feet shorter than Earthshaper, but she no long needs to raise on her hind legs to eat. Her body is still of a lean build, but the diamond that was on her head split into three adorning her forehead, amplifying her abilities if she ever grew desperate enough. As Earthshaper was unfamiliar with the way of naming among her species, he bestowed her the title of Frostweaver, allowing her to keep her nickname. However, she complains every now and then of a strange headache, claiming to hear voices...
(Been trying to work this out for a while, but here's the time skip I've been mentioning. Mentality-wise, the kids are now young adults and close to evolving outside of Frosty, since she actually hit the mark. I'll get about to updating everyone's info. Also still working out who to send to the FFF next week once it starts.)
