Out of all of the spaces within the manor, a doorway outlined by golden lines seemed to glow brightly in one of the walls found in the main dining area of the manor - brighter and brighter it went, before a flash and there stood a wooden door with the sign ‘Otis’s doll shop’ above it before a figure with wolf like ears and a sable colored dog with a mask fluttered out quickly after.

Coincidentally, the lyrist had been spending her time sweeping the floorboards of the manor. It was getting quite late, and she had grown quite delirious from her exhaustion, though she intended to finish the job. Coming into the dining hall, she noticed a faint glow. Is someone around at this time of the night? She really didn’t want to deal with other survivors right at this moment… or at worst, a hunter. Valentina peered over, scanning the area to locate the light source. Almost briefly, her eyes followed to what was the illuminated outline of a door, glowing brighter and brighter with each passing second.
What— What is that—?!
Tension spiked. Valentina panicked and fled the room, scurrying around a corner. Her body eloped a light tremble, tightly gripping the broom she used to clean with. The distant sound of creaking and footsteps clamping on hard wooden floors could only be heard. Valentina took a deep, rugged breath and squeezed her eyes shut, in an attempt to calm herself. There were many perculious things in the manor, but never before had she witnessed such a scene like this.
I have to be dreaming… or else these people are messing with me again… not now… not here…
Bracing herself, Valentina opened her eyes again to take a peek around the corner. She saw the two enter out of the same door, having lost its shine. Her exhaustion from cleaning had warped her perception and heightened her paranoia, the image of the two appearing more obscured instead true to the eye. May these be wolves — beasts perhaps — that had mysteriously broken into the manor? What if they were here to wreak havoc? Lord! I couldn’t allow such malevolence! Yes, her line of thought was quick, and perhaps audacious.
Carefully, she crept into the dining hall, trying to stay silent as ever to gain a good chance at approaching the two from behind. With her broom in hand and raised, she started to make haste.
