I'm Not Dead, and Neither is This Blog
//I know... I dropped off the face of Tumblr for months AGAIN. I'm pretty sure a lot of you guys are tired to hear me apologize time and time again only to have me do it again, but, really, I'm sorry. Real life, frankly, is a bitch. I'm busy with assignments and shifting courses, basically transferring to another (less toxic) school, has placed me in a precarious position where if my grades fall to a certain point, they will kick me out. So, of course, my priority is to my education than to Tumblr. But that doesn't mean I've forgotten you guys. This blog has helped me in so many ways, and you, my followers, had a hand in it too. I love running this blog. I love interacting with you guys. And during my time away from tumblr's navy blue space, I missed everyone terribly. So here I am. The inbox is open and I'm back online. Ready to get these gears cranking!

Dark bared his teeth, gleaming white fangs in the darkness and let out a low, defensive growl. The shadow was very capable of speech but unless Nico had something to say that he wanted to hear he wouldn’t be getting words.
Another Visit to the Infirmary [CLOSED RP]

A sharp pain shot up the side of Nico’s chest as he made his way to the camp’s infirmary. Percy had managed to get a good hit on him while they had been sparring - perhaps a little too good. It had taken Nico nearly twenty minutes to calm the son of Poseidon down. Seriously, it was just a jab to the side. It wasn’t like he was dying or anything, but judging by the pain he felt every time he moved, there was going to be a bruise there.
A bruise, not a cut, Nico thought irritably. But the only way for him to appease Percy was in agreeing to go straight to the infirmary.
Nico pushed the infirmary’s door open, sending another sharp spark of pain down his side, and was greeted by the usual sight of injured campers lying around in the stark white beds around the room.
"I got hit by a blunt sword pretty hard during a sparring match against, Jackson," he announced to nobody in particular, but he knew at least one of the "doctors" in the room will take notice of him eventually.

((Oh, that’s a good question. I’m not entirely sure how to describe it, but the voice my mind makes whenever I read Nico’s lines in the books is sort of this dark, nearly monotonous voice. I imagine the pitch of his voice to not be too high and not too low, and it would have this slight gravel to it from lack of use [I don’t imagine him to be much of a talker].
But I also imagine that whenever he speaks, you have to listen - almost like you’re drawn to it. Sort of like how whenever you hear somebody important, or worthwhile, start up a speech, you immediately turn your head and your attention is completely on them.
That’s how I imagine Nico to sound like.))

"She raised me in secret." Nico abruptly spoke out as he stared down at the grave of his mother Maria di Angelo. "Both me and my sister Bianca, we were both raised carefully. My mother did her best to keep us safe and give us a good childhood. But it wasn’t enough…”
He didn’t know what got into him. What brought on this sudden urge to tell his life story - to speak about his mother, whom, he hated to admit it, he didn’t know much about, let alone remembered.
"Zeus still found out about my sister and I, and she paid the price for it." His hands clenched into tight fists. "She didn’t deserve to die the way she did."
A NEW PAGE HAS BEEN ADDED
((A new page has been added to the blog which covers the different 'verses that you may interact with. This was made for the convenience for those who want to roleplay with my Nico but may want something more outside of how I usually play him (Which is usually a post-Heroes of Olympus/Blood of Olympus version).
Now you can choose which Nico you would like to interact with! All you need to do now is when you submit a prompt/starter, you will just need to write the tag or title of your chosen universe in [brackets]. So now you can interact with pre-Bianca's death Nico, post-Bianca's death Nico, Heroes of Olympus-verse Nico (my default if you don't specify), and several others, including two AUs, which have still yet to be added to the page.
