Hi everyone, how's it going?
Good to start simple.
(this is what i failed to slip into clover’s locker)
WE'RE BOTH SCREAMING OML THIS IS IS FIRE. You cooked so hard dude- tysm for the art we love it so much! You made William look so cool, the colours are so good this is incredible djasggrgfdgh
POV : When Chara does something
After they get over their fear of them :)
Seems like the connection was terminated
Welcome back,our heroes of hope!
How are you doing?
Keeping it... VERY simple.
I just realized it sounds like they're hiking every single day, how do they get their parents to believe they're suddenly obsessed with hiking?
That's a fantastic question- Then again you don't tell your parents EVERYTHING- especially as a teenager.
I don’t know if it's still canon that awakening your persona hurts the first time. But, if so, this is basically what I see in my mind each time new people join :
(And then Chara actually didn't even flinch, and when they were asked "did it hurt ?" then went "oh yeah, it hurted like hell, why ?" and that's how Clover fell in love (/j probably))
This is basically persona 5 in a nutshell lmao- It's not exactly pleasant but it ends in a lot of clarity. It's called an awakening for a reason.
I don't know much about social links, I came to understand that it's basically the social simulation aspect that grants power-ups in the gameplay. But despite that, I don't really know the specifics.
But something funny comes to mind about the Primary Protector. What if the bad guys eventually got it and said, "Okay, when you fight these guys, try not to make the Yellow Soul Wielder go down too fast. 'Cause generally, when that happens, one of the Red and Blue Soul Wielders will power up together and you are screwed".
Like, one of the guy understand the power of the bond shared between all of them and goes "Okay, here are the people you shouldn't mess with if they're with this person, unless you want to die, I made a list" (Which would probably be something like, Kanako-Luna, Palmer-Sally, Asriel-Dess)
(But if I understand correctly, the "social links" are about their relationships and are therefore entirely outside the bad guy's influence, except for Primary Protector. But I don't know if there is other types of "link" power up and such ?)
Shadows can't really understand bonds like that. They feel things like fear and hate but they're more of like... a reflection of the truest side of the populous if that makes sense? Shadows sort of exaggerate feelings and see everything in the worst light. Furthermore, the social links are just Frisk's bonds with the people they've met! Primary Protector and the other 'SOULBonds' are just like... super moves basically? I'd definitely recommend watching a playthrough of persona 5 royal if you have the time to understand the system mechanics better ^^
Okay, something funny, though. First, it starts with Frisk and Clover, and then Asriel tags along. So, I imagine something like this :
"Oh, hey Frisk ! I've seen you've been hanging out with a friend a lot lately
- Yeah, Clover. They're great!
- That's cool ! I'm glad you're settling in ! What do you like to do when you hang out ? Do you just walk around, go to the park, and so on?
- Oh, no, we've been visiting Mount Ebott and fighting entities using the power of souls and persona
- Oh, that’s neat !
...
- Wait sorry, YOU'VE BEEN WHAT ????"
Then he decides he should go "big brother" mod and accompany them to ensure their safety (instead of telling them to stop or calling his mom, of course)
This is pretty on point save for the nature of the conversation :)
