Ok so I'm knew to the 19 days fandom and im kind of confused so did Zhang write a love letter to jian and someone posted it for all too see?

Well, in 19 days of history there is a girl who is in love with Zhang. A few days ago she would deliver a love letter to Zhang and Jian saw her and offered to give the letter to him.
He handed the letter to Zhang and after that the girl asks him if he had read it but Zhang rejects her (deary but thanks to the gods).
I believe that the letter of the girl (Xiao Hui) that was exposed in the moral is this girl … So that’s why Jian stopped walking when he heard it…
There’s some theories saying that it was he who placed and he felt bad about it. Others say that was the Zhang himself (unlikely). There are those who are saying that were the Tian He and RedHead who did it.
Of all the theories which I think is more likely it is that the responsible for it was this unknown guy
I don’t know who is he. I don’t know why he would do it. I just know he came out of nowhere in a chapter saying that in a strange way and this is why he is one of the suspects –’
