Ich fand die ganze Episode nur wirklich unwahrscheinlich vorhersehbar… Sleepy Hollow ist zwar jetzt nicht unbedingt für seine Originalität bezüglich Plotwendungen bekannt, aber das war wirklich etwas schlimm, vor allem für eine season premiere. Jennifer Mills kicked ass tho, so it was worth watching

Uuuund re: Alemannisch - das ist in der Tat ein westoberdeutscher Dialektstamm, und Schweiz und Elsass gehören dazu, also hat es Übergänge zu Frankreich. Französisch selber zählt als romanische Sprache dann natürlich wieder zu einer ganz anderen Familie :)

Zählt deutsch eigentlich zu irgendeiner Sprachfamilie, oder sind wir spezielle Schneeflocken? (die skandinavischen und Dutch sind ja ein bisschen ähnlich... aber dabei bleibt es dann auch)

Das sind zwei verschiedene Dinge xD Modalpartikel (die *mit* Bedeutung) sind Sachen wie "eigentlich, also, eben, doch" etc. Aber sie zählen auch zu Fillern, wie "ähms". In der gesprochenen Sprache nutzen wir Modalpartikel meist weniger ihrer Bedeutung wegen als um eine kleine Pause im Denkfluss zu bekommen ^^ Ganz besonders, wenn man eine Frage beantworten soll, da fangen die meisten unterbewusst mit "Also---" oder "Ja, das ist so---" an.

Ah, macht Sinn. Ich hatte mich schon gewundert warum wir schon wieder so ein Extrawort da haben, nahm an dass das aber nur der deutschen Ordlichkeit zu verschreiben sei :D
