I’m so happy I was able to join LeaIsa / Akusai this year!! I’ve been looking forwards for this day since January!!! So I tried experimenting a little bit and try doing a comic / manga for the first time. From the first sketches, to figuring out how would they had looked in their 19 - 20′s (that’s when the story takes place), then working on the layout and finally drawing it traditionally. I then discovered that paper doesn’t support small drawings with color pencils... it does start peeling off... so after scanning all the comic... instead of just adding the text bubbles... I had to redraw a LOT of panels lol. And came out a very mixed technic of colored pencils but partially digital lol. Tho I still love the results and aaaa I love the colors so much <3 I hope you guys like it too <3Also this is my first contribution to Akusaimonth! Since I had this comic planned from before, this would be my entry for free space lol. So I’ll be seeing you guys on the following weeks with new drawings for this lovely guys <3

Welcome to AkuSaiMonth! A month of celebrating AkuSai & LeaIsa!
It's been a hard two years, but at least ASM is back, this time with a new host (and with permission of the original creator)!
AkuSaiMonth 2022 Bingo
Similar to 2015, we will be playing bingo again, but this time with a twist: The bingo cards are randomized! Every participant will have their prompts in 1 of 30 different arrangements!

Using the link on the same device and browser should (in theory) always lead to the same card. However, I would strongly recommend also saving the card by either using the print button on top or by making a screenshot.

These are not randomized unfortunately, but you can still pick one (of three) at random! Please let me know if you run into any problems!

How does it work?
The goal is to get one "Bingo!" during the month (Jul 7 – Aug 8) by filling 5 prompts in a row, column or diagonal.
This could mean one post every week, for example:
Post 1: Friday, July 8 (IsaLea Day)
Post 2: Saturday, July 16
Post 3: Saturday, July 23
Post 4: Sunday, July 31
Post 5: Sunday, August 7 (AkuSai Day) -> Bingo! <3
You are of course allowed to do less than five prompts (one is perfectly fine! <3) or even fill out the entire bingo card (I wish I had your time management skills)!

Akusai's Month Week 5: Prompt - You have changed TwT

Happy Akusai Day part 2! 8/7 is here! So, when I first opened my bingo cart and I saw this prompt, along with "holding while the other cries", I shout out loud a I MUST DO THIS. But specially for this one, I feel is like the one phrase that I think represents these two the best.
And since it was very special, I had a hard time figuring out what to draw. I sketched a bunch of times the concept, I was originally going to make it a sad prompt, and draw Roxas and Xion... then I came up with this idea of them as kids and then in the organization and still thinking about making it sad but ... I don't know after seeing them so happy in the beach prompt I thought... They did changed when they became part of the organization and changed for worst but... during kh3 they changed again but for good and that's why they reconciled so they are happy now... so why not adding this too? And then it became this drawing c: I feel so happy how it came out like you can see the whole concept of their relationship and how special it is TwT

So this is when I say "Bingo!" right? Bingo! :D You have noooooo idea how happy I am of being able to join and celebrate my OTP not only for one day but for a whole month!! Man, this AkuSaiMonth idea is the best thing ever and I'm soooo happy that Misomilk came up with it and Herzblutrose decided to host this year's, I'm really grateful to you for keeping this alive so I was able to join <3 I really had fun and I was able to meet more people's work too that share their love for these two like I do TwT Again thanks a lot for this opportunity c:

Akusai’s Month Week 3: Prompt - Holding while the other cries

I.just.had.to.draw.this.scene.or.I'll.never.would.have.been.satisfied.ever.EVER!!!!!! Man, like after their "See you" exchange, what Saix saw before disappearing was Lea, so my head canon is that Lea is also the first person Isa see when he woke up... and the feelings actually start flowing... and overflowing... ; A ; while they just hold each other attempting to put it all together... and failing miserably.
Ummmm about the drawing itself, godamnit Isa face's angle was a HELL of complicated, had to redraw his face like 4 times even after actually finishing the drawing. But I'm satisfied how it came out in the end.
About Akusai's Month, the prompts are based on a bingo card that you can auto generate on this link and this is how my bingo card is coming out, I would have liked to show the complete card but it kinda spoiled which were the other prompts I chose so... have this :) @akusaimonth
