So I took what I learnt from the Insta masterclass and created a reel as a summary of Week 3! of Media Trust

These are my cultural tribes, it was fun having to think about what tribes I belong to and how they make me a part of who I am (Even though I didn't manage to fit them all in)

This was my first attempt at creating content the editing was the longest part looool 😂😂 im proud of my attempt. I hope that I develop my skills and create content that is inspiring and meaningful in the future

A week in the life

The first week of Creativity works media trust, exciting! Tuesday was a relaxed start to the week Simone and Tangina introduced themselves to us and I got the chance to know abit more about everyone on the course. Simone also explained about the difference types of agencies there are e.g Media and what they do. We were also given a course overview which is fun to know what to look forward to. Wednesday was mindfulness day I got the chance to meditate- something i'd not done before, I found it quite calming. We also had sessions on stress and confidence building the main theme throughout the day was about being present and in the moment. I'm very glad that people felt comfortable sharing some of their struggles and its reassuring to know that as a group we have created a safe space for eachother.

Thursday was about Cultural tribes and I wrote which ones I belong to and had to say them all in 60seconds hearing everyone elses was fun as we have things in common. Friday we worked on our personal bios and manefestation letters.
