Her literary style is like listening to a pretty piece of music 🎶 or watching twinkling ✨ stars on a shining lake. Have you read her books? I also loved #asnickerofmagic which was amazing. . My wonderful hubby treated dear friend @trvl_lvr and I to this spa for her birthday 🎂 and it was restful and lots of laughter and great moments in San Francisco and nearby #sausalito too. I’m halfway through this really darling book A Snicker of Magic by Natalie Lloyd and it is so very clever. I thought it would be perfect to share because there is lots of ice cream going on in our home. Last week my son had throat surgery so I have been off-line tending to him. He’s doing great which is such a relief! But we have a long couple of weeks to go and I am sure there will be much more ice cream involved. 🍦 🍧🍨 The way the author uses words and magic and even ice cream in this book is so wonderfully surprising. Your early teen would really love it. 💛🧡❤️ Now back to the most important thing – ice cream! What is your favorite flavor? I think mine is mint chocolate chip. 🍨🍦We’ve been on a strict every three hour schedule for his meds just like it is with a newborn baby. I had forgotten what it was like to get up in the middle of the night so much. You learn interesting things about yourself when you do this. Apparently I dream so much it’s like watching a couple of movies at the same time! Last night I dreamt that I was moving to outer space and I had very limited room to pack and it was a very big hurry. I was worried I could not be creative in space so I was trying to pack things to cut paper so I could do paper projects. Can you imagine? It’s so funny to think of it now. I think my creative side needs a little attention and perhaps that’s the real message. Have you had any weird dreams lately?
