✍️: Overall, how does the fandom trait you? Are you a beloved character, or hated? Are you popular, or a minor side character? Anything in between?

I!! very much would like to think they're pretty liked! Young Professor who's still pretty new to the job, kinda relatable maybe?? Rather than all of the older, more experienced professors in the other regions. "Nah Aspen's just a researcher more than anything." OFFICIALLY... no.

I feel... like they wouldn't be a major character per say? They don't do the same kind of research the main Profs do (i.e. Oak, Sycamore, Birch, etc -- they're more laidback and not inclined to start trainers out if that makes sense sdhkjf)

👯: What canon character are you most similar to?

OKAY THAT--- that's actually kind of hard??? Part of me says something like Tracey or even Professor Ivy -- or similar to Sonia from Galar!! But honestly, I have no idea ;; v ;; /

💘: Why would people love your ship? Why would people dislike your ship? How might it start debates?

oh... oh boy. just go ahead and get the "aspen's just in the way of xxxx ship!!" out of the way, because it happens with every ship in every fandom. all. the. time. :')

but! I like to think that it would be a pretty well balanced ship? A steady progression throughout the series that develops on its own and pretty easily, actually! listen starting off as rivals is always bonus points. but your rival suddenly going down a different path and suddenly there isn't as much interactions, make all the future interactions more important! and special!

granted, I can also see people saying that that's just boring or them not battling each other or Aspen becoming a researcher would just make them further apart. it can go either way, but I much prefer the first :)
