He bowed. “Well met, my Lord,” he murmured, the slight tremble in his voice betraying his nervousness. Time's stomach dropped. Neither of his brothers had good poker faces, and Time had never cursed that fact as much as he did right then. Ghirahim looked at Sky like the moblins had looked at their platters of meat. The cruel, intrigued, eager glint shining in his eyes sent shivers down Time's spine. The man reached out and slid his hand under Sky's chin, tilting his face up. “Well met, child,” he replied, voice a low purr. His hand dipped down to caress the side of Sky’s neck, stroking a thumb over the front of his throat. “I think we’ll get along splendidly.”
